Some people can tell the wine by its smell and taste. Other people can tell fresh wood by its smell. I have harldy hear that someone tasted it.

Out of necessity in the dire years after WWII Klaus' father built many things in the houshold, the most memorable were the wooden toys, like the raven that walked down on an inclined board. The son soon tried his skills which he improved over the years. 

Klaus built countless walkin garderobes wherever he lived for himself and his friends.

When he moved to a brand new half duplex, additional skills other than carpeting were needed. Still until now, restoring or imitating old furniture is his passion.
